      8 Right through this scruffy door,  
      9 you'll find an empty space,  
     10 once filled with joy and love,  
     11 it was a happy place  
     12 
     13 The walls had heard so much,  
     14 of fun that once was here,  
     15 when you press ears against  
     16 them, laughs, I swear, appear  
     17 
     18 The floors creak sligthly now,  
     19 weary from all the days,  
     20 when jumped, run they were on,  
     21 when life went on its ways  
     22 
     23 And through the windows sun  
     24 looks down and searches for  
     25 the people that it loved,  
     26 to touch with rays before  
     27 
     28 The empty air it warms,  
     29 feels like a soft embrace,  
     30 reminds you of the time,  
     31 this was a happy place
