      9 the time before the new

     11 I cannot grasp the how,  
     12 the why, the what, the who  
     13 
     14 But every time I draw,  
     15 my friends and me and you  
     16 
     17 Memory of what I saw,  
     18 on paper has its view  
     19 
     20 And though the time will go,  
     21 and life will change it's hue  
     22 
     23 The time of now i know,  
     24 I'll love, before it's due
